This cosy cottage backs onto Spout Hill which is great if you have a dog. It is only a short walk to local pubs and restaurants and is ideally positioned for local walks and is only short drive from Salthouse, Clay and Blakeney. Around a 25 min drive to Wells Next Sea Two good sized bedrooms , one with a double bed...

It’s great for families, with lots of books, games and a pool/snooker room as well as a good outdoor space for games and relaxation. Perfect location for the north Norfolk coast. Would highly recommend.」
