Spotlessly clean, well equipped accommodation

The property was spotlessly clean. Nice big bed. The owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. The welcome package was lovely. Very well equipped accommodation. Plus owners provided torches. Considerate little touches which make your stay more pleasant. Good base for exploring

Clean and comfortable cottage, well located for Norwich, the Broads and the NE Norfolk coast.

Clean and comfortable cottage, well located for Norwich, the Broads and the NE Norfolk coast. The cottage was ideal for 2 people, with a well-supplied kitchen, bright and airy living/dining space and a very comfortable bed! The enclosed garden meant we could sit outside with our dog, knowing he was safe.The lovely owners, who live next door, provided a welcome pack with milk, Prosecco and some chocolatey treats. We would definitely recommend The Waiting Rooms.
