「Everything you need. Doesn’t have Wi-Fi or good signal for your phone but it didn’t bother us as we were out and about exploring the surrounding countryside. I would recommend if you want a peaceful holiday.」

「Very clean and well equipped. Short distance to seafront and bus stop 100m away for buses to Cromer & Sheringham. We had a very minor issue and the owner was brilliant, sorting it straight away and checking back. Ideal for a couple of a family.」

「The Nook is a lovely retreat in the countryside with all the facilities you need. Its own kitchen with all the equipment you need and a lovely lounge/bedroom which is comfortable as well as spacious for 2 people. Will definitely book to stay here again.」

「Lovely little cottage in a beautiful, peaceful location. Well equipped and immaculately clean and modern. Absolutely loved staying here and of course our visits from Charlie the Heron who we fed sardines every day. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to everyone」

「A clean and well looked after property. Super to be able to sit outside of an evening and watch the activity on the river. Enjoyed meals at both of the local pubs. Plenty to do round and about.」

Louise was a fantastic host; great communication, met us on arrival for tour of the house (also very kindly left us nice bottle of wine, crisps and a large carrot cake from the local bakery on the dining table, as well as fresh milk and eggs in the fridge!). 「What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...

「We stayed in the bungalow for a week in February with our 2 children and my parents. We were surprised with how big the bungalow was. The owners left scones, cream and jam for us adults and sweets on the kids beds which they were very excited about. The Bungalow was clean and tidy. It had everything we could possibly need. The beach was literally 2 mins walk away. Walcott Beach is a large sandy beach, we would love to come back one summer to really appreciate it. Perfect location to explore...

「Our week stay at this property was lovely. The house has everything you need and the view from the back is amazing. Shame it was out of season for river fishing, or I would have been having a go. Excellent host and all round property. 10/10.」
