“Room clean and comfortable ”

“We had a great two night stay at The Wheatsheaf in West Beckham. A quiet, clean and very comfortable room. Lots of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to choose from. The cooked breakfast was amazing - plenty of choice and all freshly cooked for you. We also ate at the pub in the evening, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved the cocktails. Check in was easy. The staff were really lovely and could not have be more friendly, welcoming or attentive. ”

“Room and bathroom newley renovated with lovely linens and fluffy towels provided. It had an ensuite, tea/coffee and kettle, a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, table and wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper you might struggle as there was a noise that went off frequently during the night (perhaps related to pub refridgeration or building heating?). Also the roman blinds needed to be put down in the bathroom to use the toilet due to it overlooking the parking space. Otherwise lovely stay and good value……

“Really great, absolutely spotless room. Lovely shower. As some of the other reviews suggest, it could do with some hooks for coats and bath towels, and maybe a shelf for toiletries in the shower. ”

“Stayed in new chalet-type rooms across the car park, which has loads of room. Room itself was very clean, modern and soundproofed. Had dinner and breakfast there, which were very nice. Ideal quiet place for staying if visiting Norwich area. We'll definitely be staying again. ”

“This is our second visit to the hotel. Last year we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. This time, we stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage, it was stunning, especially the modern bathroom with lovely quality toiletries. Both the breakfast & dinner were delicious. We enjoyed being able to choose a cooked breakfast from their varied selection. Would highly recommend. ”

“Property looks dated and in need of a modern upgrade. The hotel t is clean anc the staff was exceptionally good and helpful The location is great - near the Train Station and good restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful.”

“The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful ”

“Stayed over Easter. Staff are brilliant, very helpful and attentive and friendly. Menu for breakfast and dinner was lovely and great value for money. The rooms are simply decorated, clean maybe slightly small but appreciate it is a very old building. The bed was very comfortable and room was nice and warm too. Hairdryer may have been useful in the rooms. Soap and shampoo available and TV worked perfectly and good WiFi. Location is brilliant with lovely riverside location and great for using as……

“Fantastic break away and would recommend to friends and family. One barman was rude but the rest of the staff were excellent and very friendly. Couldn’t fault breakfast for choice quality or service. Look forward to staying here again soon”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms and good food”

“What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all……
