“Lovely few days away. Great cottage perfect for what we wanted. The pub in the village is perfect for a pint or two. Cottage very clean and comfortable, garden perfect for the dog.”

“Loved all the different levels and rooms. The stairs were a good work out. Close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go to. Had everything we needed. All home comforts. Shower works well. Shower cubicle very snug. Sofa very low. Just needs sofa boards to stop the sofa from sinking too much. Would definitely recommend and stay again”

“The property is small but clean and modern. It's located behind a pub which makes the location good. We stayed in the same cottage last November and everything was good, however, this time was has not good. On the first evening we found the cottage very cold. We tried altering the thermostat but no good. We had to wrap towels around us to keep warm. I sent an email to the owner but had no reply. Tried ringing him twice but it rang out. Left messages on his phone but no response. Decided to send……

“A haven of tranquility. A delightful spot. Warm first day, cool and wet day 2 but plug in radiator more than adequate. Cooker, simple to use, good instructions, perfect for 2 breakfasts and 2 evening meals. Wet room ideal, bed very comfortable.”

“Lisa hat ein sehr schönes Häuschen, abseits vom Trubel der Stadt, aber doch nah am Zentrum mit kleinem Garten und sehr netten Nachbarn. Bei den engen Straßen in Cornwall ist es fast besser ohne Auto zu kommen. wir konnten aber gegen Gebühr beim RFC Rugby Club parken, der etwa 7 Minuten entfernt ist. wir haben den Urlaub bei ihr genossen und möchten uns für die schöne Zeit bedanken.”

“Second time we have stayed at this lovely, clean, spacious property. Ideal location so close to Sandsend beach and had a lovely meal at The Stables, just down the road. Cannot fault a thing apart from the Wi-fi signal - at times there was no signal and had to search for areas in the house where we could pick one up (sometimes at the top of the garden) Just to note this wasn’t a problem last year when we stayed. Not ideal for 3 teenage kids, but we survived and this did not stop us from having a……

“We truly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh! The apartment was convenient to train, tram, grocery & many fun eating establishments. It was clean, very well appointed and comfortable...full kitchen, washing machine & wifi a plus! Because we were family, having only 1 toilet for 5 adults was not an issue.”
