「It's always a great pleasure to stay at the St Giles Hotel in Norwich. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it almost feels like home as we've returned several times. The Georgian Suite was fabulous; great standalone bath and large shower with good amenities. Very comfortable bed and pillows and the room fan was super quiet and effective in the hot weather. Breakfast offers a varied selection and uses local produce - hard to resist the full English, but the avocado on sourdough is...

「The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a self-service buffet - cereals and bread for toast are provided and there is orange juice, butter, milk, jam etc. in a small fridge. Microwaveable porridge was also available, however, there were no kitchen scales so it would have been difficult to measure out the correct...

「Really enjoyed our stay, we felt the spa but it was quite crowded only small number of sunbeds. Room was nice but it was quite dated.」

「Lovely staff, good location to explore the area by car, however pretty tired in need of new bathrooms, and flooring in corridoors and breakfast dining room need updating, pool was heated but not enough and also in need of regrouting around all the edge coping stones. In room kettles need descaling and tvs are really small from lile the 90s, breakfast was really good with a nice simple selection and everything cooked fresh. In summary, clean and good value but in need of a light refurb.」

「Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...
