「So very welcoming and friendly , excellent customer service . Superb choice of breakfast and cooked to perfection. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was also of a very high standard. Our sea view room on the first floor was very clean and it was great to have a small fridge included.The only very small negative which did not spoil our stay , if you are on the first floor you may hear other customers walking about in their room from the floor above .」

「What a wonderful place to stay, the location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay over looking a large lake. Our room was great, comfy bed and had its own sitting room so plenty of space to relax. The staff were so friendly and I really felt nothing would have been too much to if we asked. We didn't book a table for the evening but they made sure one was free for us. We are already planning on going back.」

「Booked to stay at this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary so paod a little extra to upgrade to the superior room. It was definitely worth it. The room was beautiful, lovely and clean, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. We booked in at the spa and the ladies were so friendly and our massages were very relaxing. The pool was lovely and clean. 「The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend 」
