“The property was as described, great location and check in was good. We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. Luckily I had tissues with me but it was a little inconvenient. The main problem was that despite it being in the middle of a heat wave the back bedroom window was locked with no key available and the water heater was in the same room so it was even……

“A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. ”

“This a very smart home, and designed for family fun. The swimming pool is heated to 30deg. and is a great attraction. The hardcourt tennis is full size and another bonus. The large gardens are beautiful and the walled garden doubles as a croquet lawn. There are bikes, football, table tennis and DVD player. If you are an active bunch then it’s easy to spend a week here. There is a lot to enjoy. The property is managed by Vicky and her team who are nearby and very responsive and make sure it’s……
