「excellent customer service fabulous breakfast thanks :)」

「We stayed at the hotel on the occasion of a family dinner. The dinner itself organised and catered by the hotel was first class.. 30 or so guests dining in an 18 century dining room. Our room with four poster was magnificent. Most importantly however every member of staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble .. even with three dogs wandering about and getting into places they shouldn’t! Quite the best hotel experience we have had for many years」

「The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food was good and please tell the chef that I especially appreciated the oatmeal porridge. The property overall has plenty of character. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table, and the TV was of high quality. I would definitely book here again. 」

「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.」
