"Gave a lower score for service because we had to wait over an hour for food and when it finally arrived, as it had been sitting under a heat lamp the pastry was rock hard and very difficult to cut into. The delay was blamed on a wedding taking place, sorry, thats not my problem, any possible delays ..."

"The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious."
