The guy up front was rude and dismissive. The bed was horrible, woke up with a sore back daily, pillows were flat, and the is no water pressure

Main welcoming was very poor no well welcoming and then a waiting period due to paer report for something else and then attended me with following procedures of check in? Otherwise the rest was guess work were is room, elevator not very explainable, but the rest of my stay was okay.

Got there and hot tub area was closed. I explained due to a physical condition this was the only reason I booked this hotel and asked if i could cancel the reservation. Nope. Need 24 hour notice. I wasn’t given 24 hour notice that all the amenities advertised weren’t available, but ok. Then I was told I’d be notified if it was open. I leave hours later for my event to find it open; hadn’t been notified. In the meantime the ac was set at 68 in the room but the temp wouldn’t go below 75 even with the windows open on a chilly night. No one was ever at the front desk when I went to ask about it so I sent 2 messages. Nothing. i was nervous all night about my dog who was in the sweltering room. Subsequently got no sleep due to how unbelievably hot it was. The property is beautiful but they need to get it together.

Worth the trip, close enough to the city of Brockton for convenience, but still far enough for it to be safe.

No towels for pool , Got a cold after the pool, because I had to walk back to room with no towel, the internet is the worst , the place had a funny smell

Excellent property in the suburbs of Boston. Convenient to quite a few few things and well stocked in terms of the efficiency part of the room as well as in the bathroom. Book specifically because it was dog friendly, overall good stay.

First time
It was the first time nailing my girlfriend and I wanted to take her to a class place. It was a great night. I wasn't ready for how vocal she could be but there were no complaints

The only thing i encountered was at the time i checkup they don't find my name in the system and they give me the receipt with someone name and different address i going tho the breakfast room i check my final receipt and the receipt show different name after that take about ten minute to fix thank you

Very nice hotel for work or vacation
Very nice hotel, noisy air conditioning kicks on often so I needed my white noise to sleep well.

Nice, comfortable rooms. Clean, good water pressure in the shower, free breakfast with some warm items. Great for getting rest, the area is quiet and the rooms are well insulated-we did not hear any neighbors. Staff was friendly and kept everything running smooth.

Kitchen staff 10/10 Grace helped my family everyday! She was very accommodating with the guest when they would arrive for breakfast. I highly recommend her and the kitchen staff! She's very welcoming and pleasant.

The property in general looks nice and new. The room was clean, but some of the conveniences in the room are a bit old and run down - there is not enough light in the kitchenette area, the carpets are starting to fray, air conditioner in the room was very loud, even when it is turned off, it is still making a loud noise..
