A special highlight of this house is the beautifully landscaped garden, which is also completely fenced, so you can let your children play carefree. There are many exciting play equipment - such as a trampoline and a ping-pong table - waiting to be discovered by our little guests. But also for rest and relaxation, the 500m ² garden with well-cared for conifers, deciduous trees, roses and small herb garden is ideal. The sun terrace is partially covered, has a barbecue / outdoor fireplace and a view and wind protection. The sauna with organic oven in the sauna house (outdoor area) is another highlight ... In the interior of the house awaits you after the bright entrance area of the spacious open plan living and kitchen area.
