Inside the home, you’ll find warm, inviting spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. The main bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite, and French doors that open onto a tranquil patio overlooking the mountains—perfect for your morning coffee or a quiet moment to yourself.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and air fryer—great for cooking meals together after a long day exploring the valley. With multiple living areas, everyone can spread out, relax and enjoy their own space.
Spend your days wandering through the gardens, enjoying a long lunch on the balcony, or simply watching the sun set over the ranges with a glass of local wine. Marignano Mountain View Retreat is a peaceful, welcoming sanctuary close to everything Broke and the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Arrival
We make arrival easy and stress-free. You’ll receive your access code via SMS on the day of arrival along with Arrival Instructions. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in may be possible, just reach out to us to confirm.
Linen
All beds include full linen and 1 bath towel per guest. Please bring your own pool/lake/beach towels.
Amenities
To help reduce waste, we provide an eco-friendly 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each shower. Guests are welcome to bring any additional preferred toiletries.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. As it is managed by an external provider, speed and connection cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing
Your booking is based on a minimum number of guests. Extra guests are charged per person/per night, and the system calculates this automatically. Please note that reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.
Fireplaces & Fire Pits
Indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits (if any) are available after the NSW Easter School Holidays and before the NSW September School Holidays, depending on fire restrictions. We provide enough firewood for 1–2 nights. For extra fires, you’re welcome to BYO firewood and kindling.
Visitors
The number of guests on your booking is the maximum allowed on the property at any one time. Visitors must be approved in writing before attending. We’re always happy to approve reasonable requests—such as parents popping in for lunch—but large additional groups won’t be permitted.
No Party Policy
This is a quiet, residential location. All stays operate under a Strict No-Party & No Excessive Noise Policy to help ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Breaches may lead to bond deductions or eviction.
Cameras & Noise Monitoring
There is one external camera monitoring the front entry only. A noise monitoring device is also installed to help maintain compliance with NSW Stra regulations. Tampering may result in fines.
Guest Registration
All guests are required to complete a quick electronic registration with photo ID. The primary booker must also list all guests’ names and mobile numbers so we can contact someone if needed. Access codes are released once registration is complete.
Important Security Update
For bookings made within 5 days of arrival, we require a photo of the credit card matching the primary guest’s ID to prevent fraudulent activity. If they do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend obtaining Domestic Travel Insurance—especially for concert cancellations, medical interruptions or unexpected emergencies—to protect your travel plans.
