Newly remodeled, this family-friendly ranch-style cabin sits adjacent to an expansive greenbelt, giving kids plenty of room to run while parents relax on the shaded front patio. A classic double-slide swing set and tree swing add even more charm for little adventurers.

Inside, Sawtooth Slumber features four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an oversized bunk/game room. Three spacious bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for six adults, while the bunk/game room offers custom-built bunks with trundles that sleep up to six children. With abundant closet space and thoughtful design, there’s room for everyone to spread out.
The kitchen and dining area are built for gathering. A spacious breakfast bar seats two, while the large dining table accommodates 8–10 guests. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, serving pieces, and modern appliances—just bring your favorite ingredients to create family meals or weekend feasts.

The heart of the cabin is the oversized bunk/game room, complete with a 75” TV, pool table, shuffleboard, and game table. A built-in mini-bar with mini-fridge, wine fridge, sink, and ice maker makes entertaining easy. Kids will love the custom-built bunk beds that creatively connect to a whimsical playhouse, while adults can kick back and enjoy the big game or a card night.

Step out the back door to a large covered deck—the perfect spot for morning coffee while taking in crisp mountain air. Evenings call for a soak in the brand-new six-person hot tub or a stroll down the rock-paved path to the creekside fire pit, ideal for roasting marshmallows under the stars. If the weather brings you inside, curl up by the rustic gas-burning fireplace in the living room and enjoy a cozy night in.

For guests bringing a boat or watercraft, Sawtooth Slumber provides ample parking and easy maneuvering space on its beautiful grounds, making it a convenient base for enjoying the clear waters of Broken Bow Lake and all the area has to offer!

New Hochatown casino/ Choctaw Landing, Beavers Bend State Park, Mountain Fork River and Broken Bow Lake are all within a 4-5 -mile away. A short drive will put you at the Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Ice Cream Shop, Shuck Me seafood restaurant, Knotted Rope Winery, The Tasting Room Bar, and Hochatown Distilling Company, gift shop and other Hochatown area attractions.
