The LANDING is a well appointed cabin in the heart of Hochatown and newly build, an outdoor entertainers’ dream!!! Walking distance to local restaurants and bars!!!Oversized deck which boasts custom moveable shutters with several seating areas, a wood fire pit and firewood provided, gas fire table, 5 person jacuzzi, horseshoes, and cornhole. Bring your loved ones and sit outside by the fire, share old stories and create new lifelong memories over s’mores that we provide. Bring your favorite book or just sit back and enjoy the abundance of wildlife that frequent this property from Eastern Blue Bird, Pileated Woodpecker, Cardinals, hummingbird, a doe or two with her two fawn and a yearling. The Landing offers a circular driveway with tons of parking for your boat, jet ski, and ATV with the marina and trails only minutes away!

Our stay at this cozy cabin was wonderful. The space was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was a great bonus, and while there were other cabins nearby, the property still felt private and peaceful. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had no trouble finding the cabin. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return in the future.

The Landing was beautiful! Centrally located and just minutes away from all the major attractions. But far enough down the road from the main highway to feel secluded and removed from the hustle and bustle. It was very peaceful and quiet! Lots of space, clean, very comfortable beds, wonderfully equipped kitchen and cozy hot tub and outdoor space. The owners are very responsive and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Highly recommend The Landing!

Great stay! Cabin was perfect for a 3-night getaway with my wife. Great location, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. I wouldn't be surprised if the owners previously worked in the hospitality industry because the included "extras" such as slippers, candies, smores kit, and firewood really sets them apart from other properties.

The house was perfect. Exactly what we expected. The outside, not at all. We drove passed the house thinking it was abandoned. No maintenance outside. Cannot use the corn hole, horseshoe pit, or most of the outdoor furniture that isn’t covered. Wood rotted, mildew, etc. Lights do not work. We are big outdoor people so that was pretty important to us. However, the Hot tub was clean for sure and the house is beautiful. Very responsive hosts.

We loved our stay at The Landing! Everything was so clean and maintained well. The most impressive thing was the responsiveness of the property owners. They were “with us” the whole time - whether it was to answer our questions of where to find things, or needing to send someone out to take care of stuff. This was such a lovely vacation! We absolutely loved both the cabin and the hosts! Walking in felt like a true 5-star experience, with thoughtful amenities spread throughout the home. The hosts were fantastic, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of the spots we were excited to visit for dining and drinks. Plus, it was close to the park. Highly recommend!
