Tranquil cabin

Beautiful peaceful cabin setting w a view for miles. Only downside is it’s 25-30 min outside Broken Bow and all the activities.

Absolutely Perfect! Billy is one of the most amazing host with just checking in to make sure we made it to extra information provided. The cabin is secluded and feels comfortable and clean. I have to say this cabin has the most beautiful views in Broken Bow as well. I def will be back and super excited that I finally found a place away from all the hustle and bustle of Broken Bow. I want to add the hot tub at night with all the stars honestly made the perfect ending to our trip! Thank you Billy

Perfectly relaxing

This cabin was clean, cozy and the mountain view was amazing! Our hosts Bilky and his wife Nancy were se sweet! A storm had taken out the starlink the night before our arrival and Bilky spent 8 hours purchasing, driving and setting the starlink back up. We were amazed by the confortable bed, the hammock and the view of eagles flying. If yiu want to sit back and relax, this is the place! Of course the short drive into Brokenbow is worth it as well.

Hillbilly Hideout

I absolutely loved this place! I would definitely come back here again! It’s a beautiful cabin with an amazing view. Very relaxing, with plenty amenities! You will not be disappointed. The owner is very nice and reasonable with expectations. He communicated very effectively to ensure we were safe and comfortable! Beyond my expectations for a rental!

We Loved Hillbilly Hideout! Awesome view, but also the STARS!! If you are a star-gazer you’ll absolutely adore this place. Looked like a million stars at night, not exaggerating either. Very romantic setting, enjoyed the hot tub, mountain views, and a glass of wine. I liked the cabin wasn't far off the road but still felt secluded. The enterior is cute as a button, so cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home here. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and Billy the host was absolutely a joy! Friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Amazing host, amazing cabin, amazing memories... We'll be back! We ventured out and went to Queen Wilhelmina Lodge, best food we've had in a long time. And beautiful scenic tour to get there! A must see 100%The Edwards, Southeast Texas2025

Great views and sense of seclusion

Just my wife and I, it was perfect for what we enjoy. Quiet and the view is spectacular. I can only imagine what it looks like in the winter. Our host was very helpful, very nice gentleman. With my 4WD Ram I was able to back my 19ft bass boat right up to the cabin no problem. I would walk down first to understand what you’re dealing with. Actually easier than some other cabins in the area. We will be back, my wife is already posting her pictures!! Thanks Billy

February 2025 stay

We were on our way up from Texas when we were contacted and informed our cabin had frozen water pipes and would not be available to us. Not to worry. Billy was exemplary in getting another cabin ready for us and though delayed a day we were able to still get our stay in. The cabin was as beautiful as the view off the deck! A very relaxing couple of days followed and we were very pleased with Billy and his assistance! Highly recommend the whole experience.
