5 day stay

Over all a good place to stay with multiple family’s and kids. Stayed over thanksgiving holiday and had plenty of kitchen items to use. Fire places were amazing. Beds super comfortable and bathrooms were amazing. Never ran out of hot water even with 17 people using all 5 showers.

Great stay for extended family gathering

We were group of 17 ranging from a 2 to 76 year olds - 5 families in total, all related. The property was just what we needed. Five spacious masters plus an additional kids room allowed us to to stay comfortably. The house amenities were great. We grilled, used the outdoor bonfire for smores, watched some TV. All appliances were in pristine condition, and the house was super well appointed and clean. The host would respond to my emails in minutes. Only caveat to be mindful of is that the location is a bit north of the entrance to the lake. For us, the house was more than worth a couple of extra minutes in the car.

Outstanding Accomodation

Our 3-night stay varied from 15 to 21 people each night. The unanimous opinion was “this was a great choice!”. The owner communicated well and very responsive to any inquiry. For our needs the most outstanding features where:…the bunk room with beds for 8…the beautiful and spacious bathrooms, and…multiple TV’sThe owner had cautioned that wifi could be sketchy; however, our AT&T reception was great.

Delightful weekend

We have yet to visit a home so well maintained and exactly what was described on the website. We have already decided to visit this wonderful home. The gracious host actually cared about our stay and followed up with us. We would be hard pressed to book another house in Broken Bow.

Great property

We had an awesome time and the property was great! We had some reservations with booking the home based on some of the reviews. After staying at this property I would disagree with those reviews and can honestly say the house was great. We had 5 families and with the layout of the house it was never an issue. Also the communication from the property manager was excellent.

Great Stay

We had a great time at this property. Very clean and lots of space for our family. Plenty of towels and bedding was provided. Kitchen was well equipped. However there are a few things that can be improved: more trash bags (2 is not enough), sponge to wash dishes, toilet paper ( for a house that size that can accommodate 20 people, you need more than one extra roll), paper towels. HOWEVER, Owner promptly brought these items to us when we requested them. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful House and Good Response to Concerns BUT Not Our Favorite

The house is new and beautiful! It definitely felt smaller than we expected it to, we had 16 people. The kitchen was not as open as other properties that fit this size group...it was pretty tight (and had NO storage for supplies/food other than the refrigerator) . I was surprised to find that it was so close to other houses and it backs up very close to the highway (you can hear the highway noise but we got used to it). There is not a coffee maker, only a single serve coffee machine (difficult for this group size). We had quite a few things that came up and the management was quick to assist us. One issue did take some time to resolve (n and it did take away from our experience. For an hour or two Saturday morning (during coffee and breakfast) most of our guests were not able to be outdoors (main thing to do there) due to sprinklers running with septic water. The septic smell was strong. We were unable to use the fire pit due to a burn ban (no fault of management) and this significantly changed our experience. The outdoor gas fireplace stopped working and a maintenance man was sent to repair it within a few hours. It is a nice house, but I did not have one member of our group say they wanted to return. We have been traveling as a group for 11 years to various vacation homes.

Awesome property!

We had 10 adults and 4 children for 3 nights. The house was perfect. We never felt crowded and everyone had there own space to hang out. The back deck area and playground where perfect and is where we all spent most of our time. We also had a local photographer come out to take some family pictures and the grounds proved to be a great backdrop. We will be planning a return trip soon. I also wanted to give 5 stars to the owners. They where in contact before during and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Overall great property for a family retreat!
