I absolutely loved the cabin!!!

I was in love with the cabin and wished that I could’ve taken it home with me🤣. It was very clean, homey feeling and in a nice, peaceful location! I look forward to staying there again!

Everything was great me and the family enjoyed ourselves very quiet and serene just one little small suggestion if the cleaning crew could leave a mop,broom and dust pan available but other than that 5 stars from me

Bach Party

First visit to the area and will definitely be going back. Oklahoma Smokeshow was perfect in every way. Very clean, with everything we needed for our bachelorette party. Loved the fire pit, wrap around porch, hot tub and sliding glass doors that let us enjoy the perfect fall day. Highly recommend this cabin. You will not be disappointed.

Great house but….

Awesome house it’s everything we want in a rental. great location everything worked nicely but there are no clothing dressers or hanging rods in any of the rooms or closets. We had to go and buy a portable hanging rack just so we could hangup our hanging close. The outside chairs the cushions were really dirty. And the management people never returned my messages on there management app. Other than that we would definitely book this cabin again

Disappointing Customer Service Despite High Cabin Quality

While the cabin was clean and well-maintained, my family’s experience was marred by poor customer service and lack of responsiveness. We encountered a serious issue with the AC, and despite reporting it the night before, it took all of the following day and part of the night to get someone on-site. Unfortunately, even after their visit, the issue wasn’t resolved, leaving us in uncomfortable conditions with no compensation or urgency shown. It would have been reasonable to offer us an alternative cabin or at least show more timely and attentive communication. Additionally, the cabin was advertised as having an EV charger, which turned out to be a Gen 2 NEMA 14-50 outlet. This information wasn’t specified until I asked, which could have left us unprepared if we hadn’t brought the right adapter. Overall, while the cabin itself was pleasant, the management’s handling of these issues left me disappointed and without confidence in their commitment to guests’ comfort. After receiving an automated email asking for a five-star review and encouraging me to reach out privately with any issues, I did, yet I still received no response. I hope this feedback will encourage more proactive and caring service for future guests.
