Great home with tons of amenities…but

Great home recently built in 2023, with tons of amenities for all ages. Home was lean and had plenty of activities for all. The only downside, which is a major one is that the septic system discharges each night around 9pm into the surrounding trees by the drive, outdoor play area. Fire pit, grill and surrounding porch making them unusable until the discharge stops around 11pm. Cannot light a fire as the whole area smell of strong feces. This discharge also runs into the pond making it unsafe and unusable.
