The main tenant agrees to have valid civil liability insurance for a minimum amount of $2 000 000 CAD for the duration of the stay.
Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the issuance of access codes.
A private shed is available in the parking lot (on the right) for your skis and bikes. The access code will be sent to you before arrival.
