“Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!! - Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport. - The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful. - Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. - One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide……

“Staff was very nice and helpful-especially with being bilingual! Pods themselves and storage area was kept well. If you are a light sleeper you can hear everything little thing, from your pod neighbor opening their doors, to lockers opening, main door opening and shutting, as well as noise from other above and below you. Bathrooms were tried to be maintained but multiple toilets clogged and tended to be dirty on toilets and water always on floor. There was a deep clean of bathrooms over night……

“Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close.……

“I'm not sure if it's due to inadequate cleaning, but I got bitten by something and now have several welts on my body. They look like insect bites. However, the area is really convenient for dining and sightseeing.”

“I had a nice stay. Room was clean and quiet. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was nice. Staff were polite and helpful. I think there are a bunch of recent angry reviews for this hotel because of some unfortunate episodes, but I had no problems. The rooms are dated in terms of decor, but they were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hopefully whatever problems the hotel was having a little while ago have resolved.”

“Location is good , with a shopping centre and food courts within a few minutes walk. Room is clean. The swimming pools and area looks entertaining. The toilet is small, though. ”
