「I was dissatisfied that I did not get the room I booked. I paid for a room with a king size bed, but ended up in a handicap room. Could not shower as the shower was designed for a handicap person.」

「Unfortunately, this hotel was very disappointing. The property feels old and poorly maintained, and definitely does not justify the price. I booked a suite expecting a better level of comfort and quality, but the suite itself was outdated and the bathrooms were in very poor condition and clearly in need of renovation. Overall, the experience was not worth the money or the time. I would not recommend staying here unless significant renovations and improvements are made.」

「I told front office that a large dog had been barking since I arrived and I needed to sleep. The answer was …well you are staying at a dog friendly hotel. I didn’t know this and will never book a a dog friendly place again. I expected staff would at least check on the room where the dog was barking as the dog was obviously alone」

「We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.」
