“Frank's condo was everything we could have asked for on our three-night trip to Montreal. Close to the metro station, as well as a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, the fourth-floor condo served as a comfortable and convenient home base for us. We very much appreciated the designated parking space included in the rental price. When the wi-fi suddenly went down on our last night, Frank responded promptly with a solution. My only complaint is that the pillows were flat and……

“Great location and the space itself has potential, but the experience with the host and the condition of the unit was disappointing. The host did not respond to any messages before or during our stay when we tried to address several concerns. At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified. When I contacted the owner about this, they did not reply. On the second morning, the smoke detector started……

However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs. This wouldn't normally be an issue in and of itself, but it would have been good to know. Inside, the bed is also quite small and the temperature is difficult to control.……
