「We booked the place 2 weeks in advance, got confirmation of booking from VRBO and was charged for the room. The day of check in, we reached out to the property manager for access instructions and were totally ghosted. Stranded in a busy city in a foreign country with nowhere to stay, despite having confirmation and paying.I received no response until I asked for a refund. I was assured that VRBO would refund the money, but have received no further response to inquiries from the property manager...

「It was a perfect place for my granddaughter and myself. Walkable to everything. The place is small but very organized and well equipped. Michel was very welcoming and helpful host. Definitely plan to go back 」

「The apartment is just as described. A local grocery store is a short walk away and has everything you need. Fantastic restaurants are a few bocks down on the left and Old Quebec is a 15 minute walk. Our host was very kind to give us many recommendations for both activities and dining. We will return!」

「On the river was beautiful, the view from room and terrace were spectacular, ( be mindful Of big cruise ships because it will block view) restaurant options were so close,(be mindful of the ambiance you want,, romantics verse country bar with wings)nice shops and souvenir shops were plenty. People were friendly. Easy access to funicular for travel Between uptown and downtown! Although walk down was much easier than walk up if you want to try! Host was awesome, Pierre was perfect! 」
