"The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. There were no amenities there was nothing. Me and my family had the suite and the sofa bed was broken there was bolts missing. The kitchen was so disgusting it looked like it was 20 years old all the utensils were completely filthy. The cleaner came 1 time to clean the room which he didn’t even change any of the bedding at all just made the bed and left new towels. The fridge was leaking water. The pool was outside a little rain and they closed down. In my opinion the worse experience I have had in a hotel and I have travelled the world. Please don’t waste your money in this place. It’s more like a motel instead of a hotel. And for 4 stars I’m sorry the positive comments must be from their own employees definitely not from real customers."
