Quand on est arrivé il y avait un monsieur en train de peinturer dans notre chambre , c est délabré je n y reviendrait jamais , pas de miroirs dans la salle de bain, propre mais sans plus miroirs sales , manque de peinture partout les rideaux ne sont pas assez large on voit dehors

This property should not even be listed on Expedia. In a way, Expedia pushed us into choosing this location, and once we arrived, we couldn’t leave because we had already paid. Cops were in and out of the place every day. The rooms were filthy—beds had stains and crumbs, and the overall condition was shocking. I had to cut my trip short because I couldn’t stand staying there, which cost me both money and my vacation. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll never trust Expedia to choose my stay again. Expedia has lost me as a customer.

recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience regarding the cleanliness and service. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. The hand soap had already been opened, there was hair in the soaking bathtub, and the floor was noticeably dirty. Even more concerning, I saw cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the mattress, sheets, and blanket had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the level of cleanliness and service did not meet the standards I expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Horrible property. Had live wire hanging from ceiling… no cover on baseboard heater in the tiny bathroom. Bathroom had mould, chips on the wall, tub had big stain marks. This is the first time ever, we had to pay a deposit to get the remote for the TV ! Another first time for us, we had to put in a deposit to get the small little key to the room!

The attitude of staff was disgusting, there was no control of A/C in the room, when we asked to shut it off, she did not come saying that she has customers, the washroom basin was leaking, fridge was very dirty, there was no coffee machine in the room, I called Expedia and their response was also not good.

Room have not been cleaned at all before i got there. There was hairs on the bed, in the bathtub, on the toilets. Toilet was dirty, microwave and desk were also dirty. There was bugs. Couldnt be refunded. AVOID AT ALL COST

Place de crac head. La chambre était mal propre: tache de sang, bestiole dans le lit, mure de sale de bas avec de la moisissure, aire climatisée qui coule… les environs étaient très étrange: personne sous influence de drogue, panier d’épicerie plein de cochonneries, sans abris… nous ne sommes pas restés tout la durée du séjour pour tout ces raisons.
