“This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……

“Our room was nice and the hotel was in the heart of Old Montreal. For those not used to "virtual hotels" (as we were), you need to accept that arriving early isn't as seemless as it is in major hotels. Since you are in the tourist hub, it's a pedestrian only area, so locating overnight parking was quite a challenge and I didn't find them to be the most upfront or helpful with this. When I inquired they provided what appeared to be helpful instructions, but when I had issues with the instructions and tried to call them, I wasn't able to get through to anyone and had to figure it out……
