“This place has excellent suites and is centrally located in a bustling and vibrant part of the city. It’s literally above a very popular patisserie and in proximity to excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Drug stores and grocery stores are also very close by.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, well-stocked with kitchen utensils and laundry supplies. It was lovely to have front desk service 24/7 especially when I found an insect in my room at 12:30 AM and it was promptly taken……

“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……

“This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not……
