「Terrible experience. Locked out of room four times. Code had to be changed four times. Each time had to get a new code. Climbing three flights of stairs to find I am locked out of room. No one on site to help. Have to call someone for help. Help is short lived. New code does not last long. And I am locked out again. Only stayed here 2 nights. It was 2 nights of hell. I was exhausted at the end of this. No one made any offer to make this right. The basics of paying for a room that I did not get....

「Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay.」

「1. Could not contact to host (Even Expedia crew) 2. No toilet papers, no towel papers」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...
