Good location & walkable to many places. Appreciated the comfortable beds & pillows after a long day of walking. While it was very noisy (Campus Bar across the street) we were still able to sleep well. Place comes equipped with noise machine:). Found the place clean but pretty dusty, had terrible allergies each morning unfortunately.

The property is huge! Plenty of space to go around. Separate floor for the bed, has 1 full washroom in the bedroom and a half washroom in the main floor. The location is great, busy but it’s a good kind of busy. It’s 10mins ride to the grand station. Downtown and old Montreal is a good walk. The furnitures are quite new. The internet is also fast. I would book it again next time when I have to visit Montreal again. There is no concierge but the contact person is quite responsive on phone.

My favorite stay in Montreal

My stay here was fantastic. I was so pleased from the moment I walked in. The location is in my favorite Montreal neighborhood and within a stone’s throw of so many great places to eat and conveniences. The room itself was very well kept and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen and in-unit laundry was a great blessing. Communication was top notch. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you and I hope to book again soon.

This is a clean and uplifting space to book (as long as you're comfortable using stairs while carrying luggage). The building/rooms are secure. The in-room laundry was a lifesaver, since I'd been traveling for 2 weeks with limited ability to wash my clothes. Even though I stayed just one night, I got to do a little sightseeing on foot because of the fairly central location to various interesting architecture and shops.

This property is located in a great and energetic neighbourhood, very convenient for shopping, food, and very walkable. Parking is pay but there are several lots close by. Amazing stay - apartment was very spacious with private bedroom downstairs - pull out sofa upstairs - both very comfy. When arrived we noticed the toilet upstairs did not flush and the cleaner did not leave the sheets for the sofa bed. I contacted the owner, and this was all fixed immediately. Excellent communication and service! The apartment had everything we needed - washer detergent, dishwasher detergent, lots of coffee and towels. There is a bar across the street but the only night we heard noise was a Friday night. There is an adorable terrace off the forth floor to sit and have morning coffee or sit out in the evening. Overall was an amazing stay - just 5 min walk to parking, 12 min to metro and 25 to old Montreal. Would definitely stay here again!! The

Loved my stay. Location was great, with a small convenience store in front. Walking distance to train station. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. Kitchen had the plates, cups and pots for cooking.

We are very satisfied with the aparthotel. it is spacious, clean , kitchen was stocked with necessities, lots of closer spaces, easy access to stores, dining options and public bus to: Old Montreal / downtown: - over-all the place was well-appointed. The property manager, Arsalan, was easily accessible and accommodating. The place is relatively centrally located , a 5 minute walk to Montreal's pride - Schwartz Deli. The Cafe Campus, a collegial multi-bar club with live music is a few steps away ... unfortunately due to its popularity, sounds of loud conversations from the crowd gathering outside carries to the living room.. still tolerable though. Due to the weather, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the 4th terrace which promises to be a great way to wind down and enjoy a nightcap with friends I definitely will book this aparthotel the next time I am back in town :/ and definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Montreal.

The unit itself was lovely. Unfortunately not a safe area to park - my car was stolen. Also for some reason the club goers from across the street gather in the alley right outside the living room windows at 3am to continue the party. They were extremely loud. The host was very responsive and kind. He recommended parking in a nearby lot. I should have listened to him. Car theft is a real problem in Montreal. BEWARE.
