Highly recommend this property. Very clean. Responsive hosts, easy checkin, clear lockbox instructions. Very unfussy check out procedure - really nothing, pretty much just leave! Roomy and clean apartment. AC hit every corner of the unit. Great neighborhood. Small well-stocked epicerie across the street, several excellent coffee shops within 2 blocks, and many great restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Prince Arthur is a great street to stay on, you are within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do! Yes there is a skylight in the bedroom, so bring a sleep mask (I never travel without my sleep mask and special earplugs made for sleep). For the girlies looking to book here, I would suggest bringing a travel sized mirror with a light to do your make up. I had an amazing weekend stay, and will be booking here again for sure!

Great, central location. Well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were very convenient. Units facing Avenue Prince-Arthur can be noisy at night since there are a lot of restaurants and bars, but that's true of everywhere in this neighborhood.

Clean and in a super cool, walkable area. Note that there is no elevator. The listing could have communicated that explicitly, rather than hiding that detail. The window latch (and glass itself) was broken. I could therefore not open the window. The suite did not look like the images. That said, it suited me just fine. No face cloths though, which I found really annoying, nor were there hand towels, nor were there tea towels or oven mitts! For the price, and the type of listing, these items should be supplied.

Exactly as advertised. It's a bit more than a hotel room but less than hotel suite. Easy in and out. Quick responses from the owner. If you're in town for longer than 2 days I would definitely recommend. 5/5 would stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious, amenities appreciated. Communication with the host was appropriate. Loved having a quality washer/dryer in the unit! The only complaint would be the very late night street noise. My room was facing a popular night club on Prince Arthur.

Fabulous location in the best neighbourhood with tons of great food, coffee, and shopping nearby. The building itself was very quiet and we slept so well. It’s also wonderful to have amenities like a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The rooftop patio was a real bonus to bring my coffee in the morning or have a drink together in the evening. The owners are friendly and communicative and everything about the process was easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend and intend to book again on my next visit to Montreal!
