Rooms were clean and nicely updated. Staff at hotel was very helpful with storing luggage, giving suggestions on sites to see. Location was excellent. Right next to the grand allee and walking distance to the old town. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice room that was clean and had everything we needed. Nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air too. Staff were very helpful and easily switched between French and English. Having a Depaneur (store) in the hotel was helpful too.

This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location to access old Quebec City and the plains of Abraham. Our room was the king suite. We give it a 9.9 out of 10. Some more wall hooks in the monster size bathroom would be useful. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend.

We had a phenomenal experience here. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, they checked in with us throughout. The hotel has everything you could ever want, it’s incredibly clean, and the location is close to everything in old Quebec without being trapped in the tourist area. It’s worth the price all day long to stay here.
