"This place was good. And it would have been excellent and great. But the experience with the elevators was so bad, it has soured me on the place. Four elevators, and you still wait. Especially before checkout. Waited no lie like 10 min for an elevator. Other negative is the shower. The water wasn’t hot, and there’s no curtain or sliding door to cover the entire shower. WTH??? Floor gets wet. Dumbest design I’ve ever seen. For the hefty resort fee, gotta do better. "

"When you have breakfast included and you have more than two guests in a room, they never mention just the first two are included and the rest are $50 each for breakfast. Not the front desk when you check in nor the staff that sits you down at the restaurant. They make money off not telling you that BIG detail. AND the buffet sucks. "
