I'm sorry if your neighbors were loud, we try to catch that when possible but it's difficult to police everyone unfortunately. We are working with the owner to try to get some updates done in the near future so hopefully we can address some of your issues. I will also pass your comments about breakfast on to the restaurant. Thanks for the kind words Megan, and I apologize for the trash, with the wind blowing as hard as it was this weekend it does get difficult to stay on top of it. We were also full and unfortunately people aren't always respectful about where they leave a mess. I apologize for the wi-fi, we were quite full this weekend and with 100 rooms that's a lot of people using it all at once. I also apologize for the noisy guests, as much as I wish everyone would be respectful that's very difficult for us to control. Hopefully we'll have the chance to host you when it's a bit more quiet!

I'm sorry it negatively affected your stay. We also aren't happy with people smoking in their rooms and charge a hefty fine for those that do. Unfortunately people still break the rules. Again our apologies, if you're ever unhappy with your room, please let us know immediately and we'll get it fixed. Donald, I do apologize about your room situation. We do only have one fully accessible room on the property. It is not available in the room type you booked, which was a double queen. In the future, please call the hotel directly with your request so we can find you the best room to suit you. Hopefully we'll see you again soon and can get you a room better fitting your needs. I do apologize for your experience with your neighbor. Our walls are thick concrete, but unfortunately you had an adjoining room and those can let some noise and smell through. We did charge them for smoking and being a nuisance. In the future please let the front desk know if anyone or anything is affecting your stay.
