One bedroom guest cottage with attached garage. Unit has four rooms: Bathroom with shower, Full kitchen, Living room, and Bedroom with King-Size bed. There is an ocean view from the Kitchen, Living room,and outside spa. Private deck and spa.

There is also a private trail to the beach with great tidepools and wildlife. There are other residences on the property. However, this is a stand alone building with no residences attached.

Restful Night at the Beach
This cottage was perfect for our overnight stay with our dog on our way to visit friends in California. The host was engaging helpful and kind. We rested well in the very comfortable cottage with all that we needed. Ken was even kind enough to let us plug in our car and he showed us his vintage autos when my husband expressed an interest. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cozy little spot!
Great spot for a quick get away! The beach access is shared with another property so you have to walk in front of their home before heading to the beach. You can see the ocean from the house but it's a pretty small view Beach is amazing but more gravel than sand. Good for dogs but a bit rough for our toddler. House is very cozy and the host provided us with everything we needed and more! Thank you!

Great family set up!
We arrived to a very well kept, clean guest house. It's a perfect set up for a small family who wants more space than a hotel room. Having a kitchen saved us money vs eating out. The hot tub with ocean views was very relaxing and the short walk to the basically private beach was awesome! We'll definitely be return visitors.

Cozy and quiet
Stayed 3 nights. Cottage was cozy and comfortable. Even though there are 3 places on the property we had plenty of privacy. Only used beach access once as people staying in the rental with access to the beach had 2 dog's and we felt like we were intruding because there dog's barked and wanted to follow us. Beautiful views, close to town. Would stay again.

Private Beach Getaway!
This cottage was a standalone property next to the big house. It had a very private feel and was very clean, even being dog-friendly, which we very much appreciated. It is located about 10 mins outside of Brookings, but I feel that was better than paying a premium for "in-town". Ocean was visible from living room and access to beach was a quick walk down a path behind the main home to what felt like a private beach. Limited beach space during high tide though. It is a "rocky" beach with lots of tide pools! My only complaints: 1.) The property advertised as having all of the hygiene products but there was only one travel size shampoo, a generic sea shell shape soap bar, and one toothbrush/toothpaste (travel size) provided which is not enough for 2 people. Although, I didn't have contact with the hosts, I am sure they would have amended this if I would have asked (not that big of deal to get my own products). 2.) The hot tub could have used a cleaning and was throwing an error code, so it was not as warm as we would have liked, given the stormy weather. All around, we were pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

Cute little cottage, nice view of ocean. Walkway to beach a little steep but Crissey Field just down the road with easy acess to beach. Could use window shade in bathroom, neighbors spotlight lit up room. Thought it was the full moon. Overall enjoyed Brookings, many good places to eat,recommend Happy Clam.
