「Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. 「It was great for the location and property was clean. We had trouble with the front door access code and were effectively locked out after our show. Someone in the lobby let us in. We would have spent more time in Times Square the morning of our departure but were afraid we’d get locked out of the building while the luggage remained inside. 「The property is well maintained and great for travelers. We had an issue with our room that the host resolved well, and their communication was prompt. We liked that we had access to speak to people, but we were otherwise autonomous. I appreciated the laundry available, and the location is beyond perfect. The space isn’t necessarily great for someone who wants to stay indoors for long periods as it is small, but NYC is not a place to visit if you want to remain inside.」
