Negatives: cleanliness (there was hair on the wall in the shower, kitchen sponge had gross stuff on it- could have been replaced), lack of sheets/linens for couch beds, lack of hand towels for kitchen and drying stuff, the only utensils were spoons. “Honestly I would stay here again , location is EVERYTHING in NYC and this location is pretty much perfect . You’re between broadway and 5th ave! About a 10 or 15 minute walk to Times Square. You also have the 34 st herald square subway station a couple of blocks away for easy access to anywhere in the city! It’s a really small apartment room but honestly that’s expected in NYC. The only thing I will say is that I really do recommend they get new towels, that’s my only complaint. Towels were all……

“Host was awful! Never responded to my texts messages, took forever to respond via app. The guest pullout bed was tiny and short and stiff and a board. Had no sheets , comforters or pillows! The thermostat was broken and we basically froze at night ( December) . Will not be coming back to this host! ”

“The location was amazing! Loved the 2 bedrooms and living area.Communication was challenging with host. Lost electricity in part of the apartment, lost hot water which turned out to be total building issue. They were fixed by the afternoon.”
