「The views from the William Vale are absolutely stunning, but the room itself was quite small and the amenities felt a bit basic. However, this seems to be the case with most hotels in New York.」

「The coffee bar had great coffee. It was Halloween weekend so there was an all night party and the lobby, bar, restaurant area got very loud and crowded, but was to be expected. The hotel is gorgeous! Would highly recommend and would stay again, not on Halloween, though lol」

「Breakfast was not prepared on time likely the new staff may take time to adjust. Hot water was not hot throughout the day. So a kettle for hot water in the room will be useful.」

「非常好的體驗呀！ free flow coffee and decaf coffee. Breakfast is basic but good with bananas:)」

「The room that was made for my check-in by Giselle was very clean well maintained beautiful. The staff at the front desk was awesome. One of the young engineers I met was very polite and informative. The Neighbourhood is prime location. My first day there was definitely five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would definitely recommend it.」
