They charge you $25 for the "free breakfast" which is to-go containers, picked up in the cellar, of reheated eggs, sausage, hash browns, a half of a waffle and a tiny croissant with chocolate inside. We left early the second time we stayed here to catch our train and were refused a refund for food that wasn't available at the time we had to leave. It is a lie that the breakfast is free. There is no free breakfast. The second time we had to pay much more because it was the weekend, but our room was crappier. Our sheets were stained and the bathroom light made so much noise when it was turned on. It was obnoxious. The elevator is the slowest in existence. Convenience to the cruise port is the only good part of this hotel.

They had a boxed breakfast that was not that great. Initially it looked good with a hasbrown patty sausages 1/4 waffle crossant but it was microwaved for 2 minutes and then it mostly all tasted pretty bad. They were understaffed for their early guests who wanted breakfast so we only got something to drink an hour into breakfast alongside the over microwaved breakfast. When showed a picture of the buffet that they had online , front staff said that picture was from “before”. Before what? I don’t know. The hallways were echoing sounds early in the morning and some of our sheets had black marks on them. There was no hand soap in the washroom. The bed was comfy we would stay there again so not too bad .

Great place in a nice area! We walked around looking for a place to eat pretty late and felt perfectly safe! The hotel itself was nice and perfect for our weekend stay, would definitely recommend!

Before arriving the "room key app" link didn't work. Check-in onsite was easy and the lady checking me in was very nice and gave me restaurant advice. The room was clean and nice. The elevator was the slowest I've ever been on. The included breakfast didn't exist. Showed up at 8:30 and was told they don't have anything but are waiting for more to arrive,,, The closest restaurant for breakfast" Wraptor" was closed, had to walk to a deli like a mile away. I'd give it 2 stars. The only good thing is it's close to the cruise port but you're probably better off to stay in Manhattan if you want to do anything.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Everything was served in pre-packaged boxes that had to be microwaved, which made the food feel low-quality and unappetizing. There were no fresh options at all no fruit, no juice, and very limited variety. This fell well below the basic expectations for a hotel breakfast.

Everything great. Breakfast is ends, pancake, muffin, sausage reassembled in clamshell that the breakfast microwaves when you arrive to breakfast. Good. They also have fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. Comfy bed. Everything is CLEAN. Only so-so thing is the elevator: one slow elevator for 4 floors of rooms. More than a few times we push the call button, wait awhile, then just take the stairs. We will come back to this hotel.

The breakfast was very mediocre and the portion size was small. There was an incident with water leaking from an upstairs room and it caused major disruptions our first night. The hotel was very noisy and we needed to play white noise to sleep. The heater was difficult to get to operate. We also found hair in the shower when we arrived.
