One Room Log Cabin in beautiful Woodland Campground

Enjoy a peaceful retreat in this private 1-Room Log Cabin. The cabin has a full size bed, bunk beds, a mini-fridge, microwave and hot water kettle. Enjoy listening to the owls, frogs and coyotes in the evening sitting by your campfire or on your porch. howers and compost toilets (clean and odor free) are a short walk from the cabin to main camp. Twenty plus miles of hiking and mountain biking trails! Just 12 miles from Ithaca, NY, Home of waterfalls and gorges. This is an alcohol and drug free facility. Checking in is between 4 and 8pm. Campground closes at 8pm.

The only real issue we had was that our cabin was in an area that was a bit lower than others. Normally, it wouldn't have been a problem, but it had rained for 4-5 days straight. It was a bit 'sloshy' walking to & from the cabin. This was just bad luck, due to weather. Eshay couldn't have done anything more than she did. We would go back again.

Nice Cabin!

The cabin was clean and quiet. The owner met us at check-in and oriented us to the camp. While one might assume from the listing that there was a bathroom as part of the cabin that was not the case. Clean bathroom facilities (toilets, showers, and sinks) were about a 2-min walk away. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. We did not cook or eat on site, as we spent most of our time visiting a relative nearby. WiFi was available and fast by the common area; however, the signal did not reach our cabin. I would suggest bringing some boots, as recent rains made the grassy area very soft. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Great getaway from the rat race

Pristine cabines eco friendly with strict rules so we can all enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature. The host was very hospitable and helped us build a fire on the last night! Will be back again!
