Check in was friendly but slow. Card system kept going down. The mini fridge in the living room was broken. There was a pile of tiny hairs on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping is rude but they observed my do not disturb sign so I was grateful for that. All in all, the room was ok, there were a couple of employees that were friendly but a majority of them did not display the level of hospitality I would have liked.

Beyond Expectations
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, comfortable, qyiet, and safe. The complimentary breakfast was good and the dining area was clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was good.
