“Rude. Very loud cursing argument in hall between hotel room cleaners and maintenance man. Cleaning cart left in center of isle on two occasions and was not able to pass with my wheeled walker until my wife moved it. I have chosen La Quinta on dozens of previous stays.Always very pleased . “The stay was great. Quiet & Peaceful. Had trouble getting the TV going as I didn't have a clue as to how to find a channel. I called the front desk and the gentleman came right away to make sure that the channels were working. He got the problem solved and made sure there were no issues. Thank You Sir.”

“I had to call because I was running late. Did not get there until after 10:30 PM. They were really nice about it. And waited for me. When first coming into the place at night, it looked a little creepy for a minute. But once we got to the room, it was very nice, very quiet. I'll meet out of concrete. “The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though.……

Water pressure was so bad the toilets would not flush half of the time we were there - we did not call for help as we we know there would be no fix - and shower had very low pressure. Neighborhood is a little run down but not unusual for a lake, lots of stray cats, a stray dog that go into the back yard with us while we were sitting on the……

“The kitchen is not stocked at all, no silverware except forks, had to buy butter knives, teaspoons and tablespoons but we left them so hopefully the next people won’t have the same issues, there were 4 coffee cups and the place sleeps 14, we had 9 people so had to buy coffee cups, the door handle was about to fall off which made it very hard to open from either side, one bedroom had water coming in during rain storm. Not a kid friendly yard which is strange because there are 3 sets of bunkbeds.……
