“Loved the Robins Nest. Lovely inside and out. The porch was relaxing, Bed (we only slept in the downstairs one) was super comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. We were there to go to Mammoth Cave, and it was about 30 minutes away, so convenient and yet not overrun with other tourists. The neighborhood was peaceful. There are not a lot of food options or even grocery stores nearby, so plan ahead with that. Otherwise, we'd gladly book this again.”

“We loved our time at the Raleigh Retreat. It was quiet and peaceful and perfect! Our Australian friends were enamored with the countryside of KY ... including the bald eagle that perched right in front of them off of the back porch! Their encounters with the local residents and business owners were all helpful, welcoming, warm ... simply charming. They will have lots of wonderful 'country' experiences to share with their friends upon their return to AUS ... which is one of their goals for this……

“We had a very nice stay and the owners were very kind. The place was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the laundry machine not working but the owners came out and replaced it with a new one immediately so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. The bonus game room was a hit for the whole family and we all had a great time overall. Definitely recommend!”

The place is conveniently located and a quick drive to Mammoth Cave and area attractions. The apartment is well maintained and fully equipped for cooking. We had a great time and would definitely stay again for our next trip to the national park!”
