"We stayed for 2 nights in a family room. Parked next to the hotel at Whitby pavilion top car park for £12 per day. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. If I have to pick one thing that is negative is the free wifi wasn't secured."

"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The building it's a very nice could do with a bit of TLC you can see the potential in the building but it's just not taken advantage of. Needs a good dusting and painting session. My room had an interesting tilt to it, which just added to it's charm ..."
