But in my case I booked and paid trough Expedia ( 3 party) therefor no email for me, no codes, no room. I need to knock a front door at the entrance of the building to get someone to help me with the room number and the code. Issues at the room only email to the front desk email address not to handy. I will thinks twice to book this hotel again.」
