「Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!」

However, never before did i need to include my passpot photo as well as my wife's....plus many other details, more than airline checkin! 「We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. "Have chosen to stay here when I go through Frankfurt airport. They have friendly staff and nice amenities. There are restaurants nearby and a Rewe supermarket that opens from 7AM to 10PM. I was just there on 3/19 for my 3/20 morning flight. It's a shame they do not have the airport shuttle service now. "
