We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and in the perfect location. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
Lovely room, excellent location.. quirky hotel, which we loved..nice and clean everything we needed.. when back in Brugge would definitely stay here again.. thank you
Had a great experience here. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Like a lot of hotels in Old Europe the rooms were a little quirky and there was no elevator. No big deal for us, though we had a room on the 4th floor, but be aware the stairs could be a challenge for some. The price and location more than made up for it. And the meal we had at the on site restaurant was one of the best we had on our 3 wk European vacation. Highly recommend!
Such a great off the beaten path quaint place. The staff was so very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and evening dinner was fabulous as well.

The staff was very polite and helpful, just a bit slow to respond. It’s a bit tricky to find if the restaurant is closed. Other than that… it’s clean, convenient and charming in an old school way.
If you are visiting Brugge for work or for leisure, this hotel is in the perfect location. Everything is walkable and the dining options are endless. You will of course only eat at the Kafee of Gran Hotel de Passage as the food is worthy of any fine dining establishment. The Chicken vol Au Vent was perhaps one of the finest meals I have ever eaten (I wish I could get the recipe). The staff were unflinchingly polite, professional and helpful. My only negative feedback would be that the AC in my room did not appear to work as I could not turn it on, but I am sure that is easily solved and the windows in the room provided ample fresh air when open. This hotel has wonderful character and if you are a solo travel or couple who value comfort at an affordable price as a base for exploring a beautiful city, then book this hotel!

The layout of the hotel is odd because it's shared with a restaurant annd access is through a dark and narrow alley.
There is no one on duty 24/7 so don't expect a rescue in an emergency such as accidentally locking yourself out of your room or the hotel after hours.
My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
Good value for money considering the very central location.

The Hotel war over all okay, but we expected more when we saw the Pictures and the Ratings. We traveled with a Group and booked seven Rooms. In one room, the toilet seat was broken and another room the safe did not work. We asked several times for support, each time they promised us to fix it, but when we left after two days, it was still nothing done. The beds are OK but the rooms are smaller than it looks on the pictures. On the first evening we had dinner at the Hotel restaurant and the food and service was excellent.
The location of this hotel was perfect. Big garage right accross and very easy walk to everywhere in the old town of Brugge. However, and this is not disclosed anywhere, the hotel is on 3 floors with no elevators. The room we stayed in had a tiny bathroom (toilet) where the door would hit the knees. The heating is electric and only works when your key card is in the room so we were very cold when we came back in the evening and tried to go to sleep. There is no water or tea or coffee anywhere. The restaurant downstairs is not open in the morning. The beds were quite comfortable.
Awesome 2 star hotel that punches above its weight
This was a great little hotel to stay at in the heart of Old Bruges. Emil, the host, was totally amazing and went out of his way to help us find a place to dine on our first night as the onsite restaurant was closed. He also directed us to a local trappist bar woth an amazing selection of Trapoist style beers. We dined at hotels restaurant on our second night and I am glad we made reservations. The place was packed, and lots of locals were dining here - a testament to the quality of the good. The Flemmish stew was mouthwateringly delicious. Breakfast was by candlelight, and was a traditional europsan breakfast. There is a parkibg garage right across the street, just be careful as its crowded and some of the parking spots are tight. Bruges is an amazing city to visit, highly walkable, and felt very safe. Would definitely return to this hotel. Only downside though, if you are mobility challenged, there is no elevator. Rooms were a very nice size. Good value for the price we paid.

I love that is close to everything and the owners are great people. I would like to have a iron amd a fridge but it was very convenient rigt in the middle of all atraccions.
A unique and private hotel with an interesting interior design. Great location, just a few mins from the maon square and a walking distance to any other landmarks. Would definitely recommend it!
Great location.Friendly staff and great food available in hotel restaurant. The room was very clean just a bit tight for space. Private parking was easy and close but expensive.
