「The view from our room was exactly as shown. The beautiful lake and mountains! We loved sitting in the evening along the waterfront enjoying the view and a glass of wine and table service. We slept beautifully in our bed and the room had all amenties. A wonderful stay.」

「Overall, the environment and room are ok, but the communication is not so great, they don't have reception so you have to send your ID/Passport information ahead. Sent an email 2 weeks prior my visit and no reply, had to call them to confirm and they did confirmed. But before the checking day they sent another msg said the identity information was not yet be given and I might not able to check in...had asked my Italian friend to call again to confirm. Walls are very thin, there is a couple...

Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. 「Splendido hotel ristorante ad un passo dal Lago di Como e facile da raggiungere sia con l'auto sia con il la linea ferroviaria Trenord che parte da Milano Cadorna.
