"Generally staff weren’t friendly. Hotel is undergoing renovations. We had a Deluxe room and while large with an updated bathroom, the rest of the room was in desperate need of an update. The bed was so used we could feel rods and worn patches in the mattress. If someone outside the room or the window spoke, you could hear every word. I booked the Hotel primarily for its location it was definitely a good choice from that perspective."
