All of the staff, except one housekeeper, were super friendly. The facility is in the process of being renovated. You do have to ask for housekeeping services, which was a tad annoying. Great location.

The renovations were the only thing hold back this property. The shower handle was extremely loose and the hallways could have been better attended. Everything else was good from the beds to the towels. The staff was excellent from Trinity, Reese, and house keeping we could not have been greeted by a nicer people. We recognize that we were there during the slow season but we were glad we chose this property.

It is important to note that this property is under renovation. Although, there were no disruptions during my stay. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. While not all amenities were available, the pool was open and very enjoyable. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

Hotel is within walking distance of pier, food, bars, and gift shops. It will be under construction until 12:31/26. Nothing was closed or unavailable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They have been upgrading the facilities. So be patient. Very unique place. We stay sometimes 4 times a year. Fantastic location. We just enjoy the uniqueness.

This property is being renovated, hence it wasn’t real modern. The location is great, and once the updates are done I think this will be a very nice property. The nightly rate is lower now, but will likely go up once the renovations are completed.
