The Space:

Don't miss out on this beautiful vacation rental! You get the luxury of an island home without the island prices.



Located just 12 minutes from the beaches of St. Simons, 15 minutes to Jekyll and 5 minutes to downtown Brunswick, you are in the middle of everything.



Shore Thing is a bright and beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bath single level home that has everything you need for a short trip or a long stay.



The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bath and a 65” TV. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twins.



The den has a 65” TV and the spacious living room has a gas fireplace and an 85” TV with a Bose sound bar and speaker.



The modern kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your stay.



Just as welcoming, the partially fenced yard adds privacy to the large outdoor space, which has a dining table, and an outdoor sofa with a firepit.



Note:



For those who are in the area for work, the hospital is a few blocks away and FLETC is a 10 minute drive.



**There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Plays, high chairs, baby beach tents and strollers are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $240 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
