  • Welcome to Island Time! Enjoy laid-back coastal lifestyle in family-friendly 3BR/2BA cottage on gorgeous St. Simons Island. Adorable one-story vacation home (no stairs!) in charming East Beach neighborhood is ready-made for carefree getaway, with an in- ground pool and decorative splashes of seaside living adorning this well- kept bungalow. Short path to beach starts less than 200 yards down the street.

    Great ambiance inside and out! Floor-to-ceiling LR windows draw in lots of natural light. Separate family room lets your party spread out comfortably. Home sleeps 6, with 2
    queen beds plus twin beds. All-tile flooring throughout. Well-equipped galley kitchen. Two smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi. Washer-dryer. Screened-in back porch perfect for entertaining. Lush vegetation and some high fencing enhance backyard privacy.

Family Fun with the grands!

Beautiful stay! The rental property was the best! Very private, very clean, excellent family room and dining room; we loved the pool and hot tub! The walk to the beach was very easy.

Great location and outdoor space!

We loved our stay here. We had a family of 5 with 2 couples and 2 younger children. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub, and the walk to the beach was super easy, can also drive the golf cart there.

Lovely & peaceful!

Our family had a great time at this lovely beach home. The communication with the host was so quick and helpful. Everything you need is there. The pool was wonderful and the lay out of the house allowed everyone to be together or find and quite spot.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were spectacular! There were so many places to chill and relax. Kitchen was well equipped and we would highly recommend this home for your next trip!!

Loved our stay

This adorable house was a great fit for our family of five & the beach was only a short walk away. Our kids had a lot of fun swimming in the pool. We loved our time on St. Simon’s & in this house!

Comfortable home, great close beach, hot tub a plus in early spring

Our family of five would definitely stay here again! The close beach was very pleasant and not crowded. Lovely to have a nice walk to it. The hot tub was perfect from 5-9 pm to warm up before bed and we even could use the unheated pool during the middle of the day.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly what we were hoping for. Perfect for our family vacation of 4 adults. Plenty of room, screened in porch was perfect for our morning meditation and evening talks. Distance to beach was ideal for our elderly mother. Loved it!! 😍

Couldn't as for a better vacation!

I cannot express enough how perfect this house was for out family. The lay out is perfect and the location could not have been better. Short walk to the private beach and our weather was perfect. The private pool was your favorite thing and we spent all our time outside. Plenty of seating and a BBQ grill made our meals easy breezy. We cannot wait to go back as soon as we can!

Nice house & space. Big negative is furniture placement re: tv viewing. Nice to have things labeled! Big help & well equipped. Was missing bath mat in primary bedroom but great to have all beach/pool towels. Thx for everything!

A Natural Beach Stay

This trip was to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. It was absolutely perfect! From the small town feel to the easy walk down to a peaceful natural beach. The house was very clean & welcoming. We quickly felt at home & ready to explore. We enjoyed a lot of time at the beach, visiting the lighthouse & museums. Also loved finding other local treasures, the Tabby House gift shop & Pane in the Glass. Each day we were able to come back & unwind in the hot tub & pool. We loved feeling tucked away yet having a short drive for groceries & restaurants. Not having ever visited a GA beach before, it is a memory we will treasure.

Beautiful location!

The property is located in a quiet and quaint area on the island--perfect for families. The beach is in walking distance, but we brought our golf cart which was helpful for the grandparents. The pool (saltwater) and backyard area is the highlight of the property. The pool is a good size as well as the hot tub. All the beds are comfortable (which was huge!) and the property is clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Communication with property manager was easy and timely. Our family had to delay our arrival because of a death in the family. As a result, the property manager offered the use of the hot tub everynight at no charge. We really appreciated this and had a wonderful stay!

Private Pool Time

We enjoyed discovering the pool was in shade in the mornings ~ a dip providing sweet reprieve from the heat. Spending a half day at the ocean and biking with a half in the pool was lovely.
