“They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam ”

“Daya was an amazing host. Because we could not walk upstairs easily, she changed our room to the main floor room. Breakfasts were delicious and ample. Yogurt, buns, eggs, cheese, juice, fruit. “On the last day of our 2 week European trip we had booked what we thought was an Air BNB. What it turned out to be was an apartment in a sketchy part of Brussels. Not expecting to find much at 4 in the afternoon I found this place called Baron's House. As we drove down a remote Road just outside of the city I was starting to question my choice. Until we went through the gate, what an amazing place, I only wish we would have stayed there more than the one night. Thanks.”
